When you apply for a particular job, your phone number and email address is automatically sent to the employer so that they may contact you at their discresion.

When you post a Job Wanted advert, your username, phone number and email address is viewable by other members of the website so they may contact you at their discretion to employ your service.

Your member Rating and Feedback.

theoddjob website allows you to build an online Rating against your Username. Your member Rating and associated Feedback are viewable by all members and visitors to the website.
